Warranty

  1. All Grovemade products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period from the date they ship. Normal use is outlined for each product on our website.
    For the desk, the warranty period is as follows:

    Desk Frame: 5 Years
    All other desk components: 1 Year

    Exclusions: The following conditions are not covered by this warranty:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage from water, liquid or condensation stains
    • Imprinting or scratching
    • Natural variations in color and wood grain
    • Color variations from images shown on our website due to monitor differences
    • Changes to finish and color due to sun exposure
    • Damage caused by improper assembly or disassembly
    • Damage caused by improper cleaning supplies.
    • Unauthorized Modifications
    • Misuse, abuse or force majeure
    • Use of product in combination with items not appropriate for that product
    • Any minor cracks or irregularities that are deemed to be a result of the natural movement of the wood

    This warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. Grovemade products purchased not new in box or via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, Amazon) will not under any circumstance be covered by our warranty policy. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferrable.

    All warranty claims will be examined at Grovemade’s own discretion. Please note that it is common to address warranty issues with replacement parts.

Return Information

  1. Please reach out to hello@grovemade.com to initiate a desk return. This process must be started within 30 days of receiving the desk. We will provide a complementary pre-paid return label to collect the desk components.
